Feb.3 (last day)

I worked whole morning in this day..Sabi nga nila ma'am susulitin na daw nila lahat ng iuutos nila sakin kasi last day kona daw.Kaya naman ang dami-dami kung trabaho nung morning nato.In the afternoon they had a meeting,so binigyan nlang nla ako ng magagawa.....

The conference was continued there at TESDA Regional Office Conference Room.This is also one of the busiest day. Because I need to print some documents that they will be needing in the conference.

My Superiors are absent for this two days because they have a conference in Calubian. They just give me a task that I need to finish for this two days.

This day is the busiest day so far,because we are preparing all the papers that will be needing in the seminar for the next day.I put all the documents in the different folders.

I scan some papers then print it. I also e-mail some documents to some TESDA provincial office here in region 8. I encode some documents then printed it.

Continue my work same as yesterday because its a thousands of names that I need to look one by one in the microsoft excel. And it is only for the Province of Leyte, there are many provinces that I need to look.

The supervisor of our unit was back from her seminar at India. I introduce myself to her and she asked me some questions. For today, I work the loans of the tesda employees in the microsoft excel for the year 2008.

Dec 8-9,2010

At 8 oclock in the morning we are already there at TESDA. For this day I was assigned to encode all the names of the folders in every box filer. So I open the Microsoft word and encode there all the folder name. It is the compilation of all the folder name in the box filer. After all I encode them I printed it and give it to mam Arlene. For this day I had 8 hours duty.

I was assigned to encode some data and after I encode it I printed it.

At last I finish labeling all those folder.I also put some labels on the box filer.

My work for today is also same as previous days. I need to finish this labeling within this week because next week they will have an audit.

Mam Arlene asked me to encode some files then printed it. They had a meeting in this day, so me and Rowena are left at the office. So we are also assigned to answer all the calls since they are having a meeting.

Today is the first day of my ojt.At around 8:00 in the morning we are already there at tesda together with Rowena manzanares.We are in the ROD Department. I was assigned in the planning unit. Mam Arlene is my superior since the head of the unit is out of country for a seminar.She oriented me at what should be my work there.Today I was assigned to label the folders. So I encoded first then print. After that I cut those labels and paste it in the folder.That was my work for the whole day.So far I enjoyed my first day of ojt. And the people there are so nice..
